I have to honestly say Aisha and her co-worker is amazing. Aisha was so helpful to our family during our difficult time. However, we currently have some issues with our apartment but, I do trust they will eventually get our issues resolved asap. So far, my family love our apartment and how spacious it is. The inside is beautiful!!! Very clean! We live in a very quiet neighborhood and our neighbors are quiet and mine their business.

Last night my air conditioner went south! I called the office this morning, and Marcia one of our Maintenance Techs came to check it out. Marcia was so professional, kind and quickly got to work to figure it out. She saw what was wrong, got it fixed and then changed the filter. I am so grateful you were able to fix my AC. My apartment feels nice and cool. Thank you Marcia for doing such a quick and fantastic job! What a wonderful way to start my day!

I’m not sure where to begin 🥹 First I want to say thank you to Sasha for helping me in a literal desperate time of need! I had less than 5 days to find a home for myself and my 2 boys and Sasha had me keys in less than 2!!! Last night was my first night in my apartment and omg!!!!! The energy and the cleanliness of the apartment is beyond refreshing especially from where we came from! It feels so good to call this home and I just want to say thank you again for everything you all have done for myself and my family ♥️♥️♥️

This new management company has really come in and cleaned up. I’ve been through 3 different management companies since I’ve lived here and this company is by far the best. This property was severely neglected for the longest time and they had a LOT to clean up after but I can see the difference in just 3 short months. I just renewed for a year and I’m looking forward to seeing what other improvements they can make. Thank you Team AMC!

Beautiful, priced decent but lacking communication in front office. Lots of confusion and lack of communication during move in process. Unit is very nice, but not upgraded well. All in all happy here so far. Little fixes would make the experience much better.

The staff is happy and friendly. I have gotten to meet our new manager. It was a awesome experience, and she was quick to respond to the outstanding issues in our unit. Although this is just the start I see grate thins to come to the property and all us residents. Let me begin with the property has had struggles with Staffing on maintenance and it has been difficult to get some things done. Much renewed life in the property and staff with the coming of new maintenance staff. I personally got to meet Angel L. While there was no maintenance our heater had gone out. As soon as he arrived, at Tides at Palm Valley he was able to obtain bids and get the heater replaced in a reasonable amount of time once the situation was handed to him. I have had not much interaction with the office staff. They seem to have good communication through the portal /text message . When needing a quicker response than phone or email. My wife has always had good interactions with them. THANK YOU!

ive been living here for about 2 years now and we have had numerous problems with management before tides picked up the property. but now with derrik everything is running so smoothly. maintenance requests go through fast and when we have questions derrik always has the answer for us. ive never met someone that knows so much about his job and treats residents so well.

The management has recently change so it has been a transitional period, but this has only increased the level of professionalism. Valeria Martinez has been a great addition to this property.
