This apartment complex has definitely gotten better. They have made a lot of improvements and are really listening to what we have to say. They threw an amazing Halloween party with lots of food and music. Thank you guys so much we had a blast:

Last night my air conditioner went south! I called the office this morning, and Marcia one of our Maintenance Techs came to check it out. Marcia was so professional, kind and quickly got to work to figure it out. She saw what was wrong, got it fixed and then changed the filter. I am so grateful you were able to fix my AC. My apartment feels nice and cool. Thank you Marcia for doing such a quick and fantastic job! What a wonderful way to start my day!

Iâm not sure where to begin 𥹠First I want to say thank you to Sasha for helping me in a literal desperate time of need! I had less than 5 days to find a home for myself and my 2 boys and Sasha had me keys in less than 2!!! Last night was my first night in my apartment and omg!!!!! The energy and the cleanliness of the apartment is beyond refreshing especially from where we came from! It feels so good to call this home and I just want to say thank you again for everything you all have done for myself and my family â¥ï¸â¥ï¸â¥ï¸
This new management company has really come in and cleaned up. Iâve been through 3 different management companies since Iâve lived here and this company is by far the best. This property was severely neglected for the longest time and they had a LOT to clean up after but I can see the difference in just 3 short months. I just renewed for a year and Iâm looking forward to seeing what other improvements they can make. Thank you Team AMC!
This place has improved so much and the entire staff from leasing to maintenance are super friendly. Great place to live!
