Hi long time resident of this complex. Roughly 6 years. Just wanted to stop by and say thank you to Miriam and Carlos for their efficiency when responding to my maintaince request. less than 24 hours from the time Miriam first touched base in response to a broken washer, I had a new one. Not only that it took less than an hour to install! Thank you guys so much! I am so happy with how quick everything was fixed!
I have been living here for about 3 weeks now and it has been great..

I moved here in October of 2024 . My brother who has lived here for a year recommend the complex. My washer broke and within the same day maintenance had it up and running. The office staff is friendly and approachable. Highly recommend this complex .
Carlos and Miriam on the maintenance team are absolutely amazing, professional and knowledgeable about repairs and making repairs this complex is luck to have such great team members!!!
A big thanks to maintenance workers Maria and Carlo! They are very professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure our washer was replaced before the holidays. Thank you!
