Apartment REVIEWS IN Goodyear

Came to visit a friend from out of state and I absolutely love the community. I definitely can't wait to visit again soon.

Just moved in we have 2 deffernt apartments with my family, we love it here. The 3 maintenance is Miriam, Carlos. And Juan they are the best maintenance I've ever met. They are hard-working. They always come over to make sure if I need anything. And they fix it, i've even had one of them go by apart to make sure they could get this stuff fixed, they're super sweet, respectful, even to where they take their shoes off before they walk on my floor you're not gonna find harder working maintenance than that i've seen some reviews, and I know they're false. I live here, my family lives here. We have 2 different apartments here. We just moved in but my brothers lived here for 8 months and mariam carlos and Juan are amazing. They are so hard-working. I can't believe how hard they work. And uh, grand how fast they are at making sure they come over and take care of everything that we need. So I do not agree with these bad post. it is false to all 3 of you guys keep up the hard work and know you're appreciated, and I respect everything that you guys do and I am so thankful that you guys actually work here. I don't know what we would do without you guys.Thank you so much for all your work you guys need a raise thanks my name is virginia paige russell ..

Back in "Hot Water". We were encountering an issue of getting hot water in our apartment. Carlos was in the next day after submitting a maintenacne request. At that point it seemed like a simple breaker popped. Or so we thought, 3 days later we still had no hot water and the breaker was no longer popping. Miriam then came in to see; they were thorough with checking things out. A new hot water heater needed to be ordered. As fate would have it, this was a Friday, so we endured through the weekend and then it became a comedy of errors THROUGH NO FAULT of the complex, Miriam or Carlos. Wrong water heater delivered, new water heater operated under a new element systeom... AT NO POINT did Miriam or Carlos stop working to get the water heater functioning. They were at the apartment first thing in the morning, would try something, check back, try something, check back. We could not have asked for individuals to be more diligent, conscientlous or professional.

I just moved in here in July and even though it was a rough start honestly anything that I needed to be fixed, Miriam has been amazing and has helped me get things fixed in my place and has been so nice and on top of it. I appreciate all the work she has helped me with and getting things done.

It’s always a pleasure to interact with the Residences at Palm Valley Leasing Office. Their maintenance team is top notch! Miralani and Carlos are always pleasant to work with. They expedite maintenance work requests and we’ve always had a positive timely response. The Leasing Office staff are also nice to deal with. Every one of the employees we speak to are courteous and friendly, especially Aisha. We are satisfied tenants and plan to make Residences at Palm Valley a long time residence for us!

Carlos & Miriam, maintenance team.. has helped me on several occasions in a prompt manner from the very first day I moved in. I thank them so much for their professionalism.

The staff is always so welcoming happy, and willing to help, the apartments are well kept despite their age and the community feel so safe.
